straordinario esempio della sua esistenza non cessano di sollecitare in
ognuno di noi il desiderio di garantire continuitа ai suoi messaggi di
amore, pace e compassione e a quella che era la missione che piщ gli
stava a cuore: guarire il mondo a partire dai bambini.
Credendo di riconoscere nellorganizzazione che Lei dirige la
condivisione delle medesime prioritа, in questi mesi и sorta spesso da
parte nostra lofferta di un contributo alle Vostre cause, ma ogni volta
Save the Children lha RESPINTA.
Anche la Donazione in memoria che la Sua associazione promuove a nome di
singoli o gruppi di persone NON puт essere portata a termine se la
MEMORIA E QUELLA DI MICHAEL JACKSON.

Michael Jackson ha donato incalcolabili quantitа di denaro ad
associazioni di beneficenza di ogni angolo del pianeta. Egli ha reso
inscindibile la sua carriera artistica dallimpegno umanitario che ha
ispirato la vita di milioni di persone, incluse le nostre. I suoi
incessanti sforzi in questo ambito gli fanno detenere il Guinness dei
primati per la fondazione ed il finanziamento del maggior numero di
istituzioni benefiche e non и stimabile la quantitа di tempo che ha
dedicato ai bambini per regalare loro un po di gioia. Tragicamente, egli
и diventato VITTIMA di un tentativo di estorsione da parte di due
famiglie, trasformato da uninformazione scorretta e faziosa nello
sconvolgente assassinio di un uomo puro e innocente il cui unico
desiderio era fare del bene. Basta leggere le trascrizioni del processo
del 2005 per rendersi conto dellassoluta inconsistenza del materiale
probatorio fornito dallaccusa e chiedersi come un simile caso sia
riuscito ad andare oltre uno sguardo fugace di un giudice, per non
parlare di unintera giuria. E nonostante abbia dovuto subire un
estenuante ed ingiusto processo, al termine del quale ha ottenuto una
PIENA ASSOLUZIONE, il Signor Jackson и stato continuamente OFFESO,
UMILIATO, DENIGRATO e infine UCCISO dalle CALUNNIE sul suo conto,
sancite come tali da un tribunale, e continua ad essere GIUDICATO da
Save the Children una figura CONTROVERSA in merito al suo rapporto con i
minori.
Ma se UNA GIURIA ha SENTENZIATO LA NON COLPEVOLEZZA DEL SIGNOR JACKSON
PER TUTTI I CAPI DI IMPUTAZIONE MOSSI CONTRO DI LUI perchй dopo 6 MESI
DI PROCESSO NON HA RISCONTRATO ALCUNA PROVA A SUPPORTO DELLE ACCUSE DI
ABUSO SU MINORE, esattamente su cosa avrebbe fondamento la controversia
sulla sua figura?
E lecito pensare che Save the Children emetta il suo giudizio sul Signor
Jackson esclusivamente sulla base dei media, che assoggettano alla
logica del profitto i fatti, la veritа, LA VITA DI UN UOMO. Di piщ:
proprio attitudini come quella della Sua organizzazione, che mantiene
una visione tendenziosa sul Signor Jackson, aiutano quei media che hanno
assassinato un padre, un fratello, un figlio, un amico nel nome del
denaro a perpetuare il crimine addirittura oltre la sua MORTE.
In un Suo discorso alla Commissione parlamentare per linfanzia di
qualche tempo fa, Lei volle ricordare le disarmanti parole di una
piccola bambina spagnola per comunicare un insegnamento semplice, quanto
fondamentale: i bambini IMPARANO dagli adulti i loro comportamenti e
tutti noi come societа civile abbiamo il DOVERE di allertare lattenzione
generale sulla pericolositа di ogni forma di VIOLENZA perpetrata ai
danni di OGNI ESSERE UMANO.
In virtщ di questo, comи possibile che Save the Children voglia
insegnare ai bambini che si propone di salvare a RINNEGARE LE
ISTITUZIONI AUTORIZZATE A DECRETARE LINNOCENZA DI UN UOMO e A RENDERSI
COMPLICI DI QUELLA FORMA DI VIOLENZA DELLA DIS-INFORMAZIONE CHE HA
CONIATO LEPITETO CRIMINAL-MEDIA?
E comи possibile che una diffamazione comprovata ai danni di Michael
Jackson sia preminente rispetto alla volontа condivisa di SALVARE i
nostri bambini da chi davvero agisce contro di loro? Comи possibile che
il suo pubblico, fiero erede del suo costante richiamo ad avere cura dei
bambini di tutto il mondo, sia costretto a scegliere fra il SILENZIO
SULLORIGINE di questo Amore e la RINUNCIA a generarne i frutti?

una donazione NEL SUO NOME sulla base delle MENZOGNE che hanno leso la
dignitа di un uomo fino a farlo morire sotto il carico della sua estrema
sensibilitа.
Michael Jackson non ha risparmiato nulla di sй stesso per salvare i

Dear CEO Valerio Neri,
We write to you on behalf of all those fan communities dedicated to
honouring the life of artist and philanthropist Michael Jackson. In the
last 2 years since Mr. Jacksons premature and tragic death by homicide,
his fans have felt a deep need to continue his messages of love, peace
and compassion and to help aid the mission which was the closest to his
heart: the healing of our world, through the healing of the individual
and, particularly, through the healing of the next generation, our
children.
We were under the impression that your organization supported similar
aims; however, every time a fan has tried to donate to you in Mr.
Jacksons name, Save the Children has rejected it.
This seems incredibly odd given that one of your donation categories
specifies that you welcome memorial donations in "honour of a special
person." Mr. Jackson was an extraordinary person, yet memorial donations
are blocked in his name.
Why?
Michael Jackson donated untold amounts of his own earth to charitable
causes across the world. Estimates put his charitable donations at
billion dollars, however, this is at best, only an estimate. He is in
the Guinness book of world records for his limitless support of
charitable endeavours. Tragically, he became the victim of the extortion
attempts of two families which, when reported by a biased and bigoted
media led to the appalling character assassination of an innocent,
kindly man who only wished to do good. If one studies the court
transcripts from the 2005 trial and the other non-existent evidence
provided by the prosecution, you will wonder how such a case made it
past the cursory glance of a judge, let alone a full grand jury. And
yet, despite battling through a gruelling and unjust process at the end
of which he received a full acquittal, Mr. Jackson was continually
denigrated and humiliated by baseless lies perpetuated by the media for
profit. So, what basis does your organisation have for continuing to
attribute a dispelled controversy to his public image? You, in effect,
have passed judgement on Mr. Jackson as a result of the facts produced
by a media, a media which places profit and status above facts, truth
and accuracy, and was not averse to completely destroying the life of an
innocent man. In retaining a slanted view of Mr. Jackson your
organisation is helping the media perpetuate their character
assassination of a father, brother, son and friend even beyond his
death.
During your speech at a recent parliamentary committee for children you
utilised the disarming words of a Spanish child to communicate a simple,
but basic precept: children learn and absorb behaviour from adults and
thus, it is our duty as a civilised society to ensure public attention
is drawn to any form of VIOLENCE against ANY HUMAN BEING. By virtue of
that precept, how can your organisation ignore the ruling of judicial
authorities in America which conclusively proved Mr. Jacksons innocence
and continue to be party to the journalistic violence inherent in the
defamation of character, violence which has led to the press being
afforded the epithet, criminal media?
Surely it doesnt seem rational for this unfounded defamation of Mr.
Jacksons character to stand in between Michaels fans and your
organisation as we both share the same goals and aims. You work to save
children and Michaels fans wish to continue his humanitarian legacy
which focused predominately on improving the lives of all children in
order to improve the world as a whole.
Mr. Neri, you are in charge of dictating the policies for Save the
Children in Italy. We implore you to reconsider and change your companys
rules so that no more Michael Jackson fans are refused an opportunity
to donate in his name. For, in judging this man in such an unfair
manner, your organisation is basing a decision on lies produced by the
media, lies which no doubt contributed greatly to this mans tragic,
untimely demise.
Mr. Jackson gave everything: his art, his passion and his time to saving
and protecting children. So much so that he saved nothing for himself.
Please, recognize the truth which flows from this mans heart and help us
restore his true legacy so that we can build a world based on peace,
truth and justice. These rights belong to children, to adults, to us
all.
